Dr. Allred’s journey into orthopedics started in high school — not in scrubs, but with a mop. “I was cleaning OR floors between surgeries when I saw my first orthopedic case. I was hooked instantly,” he says. That moment sparked a lifelong passion for helping people move better, heal faster, and live stronger.

Dr. Allred is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, with specialized training in arthroscopy and minimally invasive procedures. For over 15 years, he ran a high-volume practice in Denver, Colorado, where he became a trusted expert for complex orthopedic cases referred by other surgeons. He also trained physicians from around the world at top arthroscopy conferences.

Today, Dr. Allred has returned to his roots — combining a love for flying with a renewed commitment to small-town patients. He now travels to communities across Nevada and Wyoming to perform surgery and provide care to the patients he says he enjoys most: “everyday people who just need help getting back to life.”
