All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Program Description: AMMC provides administrative updates, scheduling notifications, and operational alerts via SMS. This program is intended for internal staff and medical provider coordination.
- How to Opt-In: Staff and providers may opt-in to this SMS program by texting the keyword START to our business number. By texting START, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated administrative and scheduling text messages from AMMC. Consent is not a condition of employment.
- Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies based on schedule changes and office updates. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our business number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our administrative office directly.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
