Dr. Cooper is a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist and advanced therapeutic endoscopist, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex gastrointestinal, pancreatic, and biliary disorders. Known for his meticulous approach and advanced procedural skills, he offers both general and highly specialized GI care to patients across the region.

After earning his medical degree from Cebu Doctors’ University College of Medicine in 2009, Dr. Cooper completed an internal medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Kentucky, where he also served as chief fellow. He then pursued a prestigious advanced endoscopy fellowship at Maine Medical Center, in affiliation with Tufts University.
