We are proud to celebrate a decade of delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare to Sweetwater County and its surrounding communities this April!

Since opening in April 2016, we have remained committed to providing specialized medical services close to home, ensuring that our community doesn’t have to travel out of state for world-class care. Over the past ten years, we have grown into a trusted healthcare partner, recently expanding our own Medical Clinic to include Complete Spine Care, Orthopedics, Urology, Weight Loss Management, Hormone Therapy, and Family Medicine.

To commemorate this milestone, we will be will be celebrating our 10-Year Anniversary on April 23 at 6:00pm. The community is invited to tour the facility, meet the staff, and enjoy light refreshments while celebrating this exciting achievement.
