Melissa earned her associate’s degree in nursing through Western Wyoming Community College, her bachelor’s degree in nursing through the University of Wyoming, her master’s degree in clinical systems leadership through the University of Arizona, and her master’s degree in business administration through Western Governors University.

Early in her nursing career, Anderson recognized the critical importance of effective communication in addressing diverse medical and mental health needs. This realization sparked her mission to enhance communication strategies, ensuring that no patient’s needs are overlooked.
