General Surgeon

Dr. Franks is a Board-Certified General Surgeon who has served Southwest Wyoming since 2007. Raised on a cattle ranch in Idaho, he brings a hardworking, compassionate approach to every patient he treats. He earned his medical degree with honors from Ross University, and began his surgical residency in New York City during 9/11, later completing it in Saginaw, Michigan in 2007.
