Dr. Haack is a fellowship-trained, board-certified otolaryngologist (ENT) physician who has been caring for patients in Southwest Wyoming since 2008. He brings exceptional training, surgical precision, and a caring approach to both children and adults.

A graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, Dr. Haack completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic and pursued advanced fellowship training at Johns Hopkins, one of the nation’s most prestigious ENT programs. He is a current member of seven professional medical societies, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Medical Association.
